To refer a patient for treatment at Garrett Counseling, call our office at (256) 239-5662 or fax the referral and contact information to our office at (256) 217-4162.
Once we receive the referral information, we will verify the client’s insurance coverage (if applicable) and then contact them directly. If the client signs the release, we will fax a summary of treatment goals to your office following the client’s appointment with one of our counselors. Specifically for Medicaid clients who require a EPSTD screening and referral, we will be faxing updates to the PCP after the intake and then every time we update the treatment plan.
