Counselor Chloe, ALC

Chloe joined the Garrett Counseling team in 2023 as our billing assistant. She joined our clinical team in 2026. Chloe is an Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC #O6171) under the supervision of Caroline Ross, LPC-S (#SC03500). She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville State University.

Chloe enjoys working with children, teens, and young adults, as well as those with anxiety, mood disorders, and emotional and behavioral issues. She uses a client-centered approach and often integrates CBT, DBT, and play and art-based activities to meet a client’s specific needs. She shares, “I believe change and growth in my clients is encouraged through fostering a space and relationship where my clients feel seen, heard, and valued.”

Highlights -
Chloe practices wellness by baking and spending time in nature. She has a yorkipoo named Baby and a mini doodle named Rylo. A few interesting facts to help you get to know Chloe better: Her favorite books include "The Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins, "1984" by George Orwell, and "Forest Therapy" by Sarah Ivens. Chloe finds a special connection with Rapunzel. She says "Rapunzel is brave, adventurous, cheerful, open-minded; and she does not stop in the face of the adversity."
