Christina Smart

I love counseling! I became a counselor because I love people and have a desire to help others. When a person experiences trauma or stress, it is easy to feel as though everything is unraveling. As a counselor, I have the privilege to walk with a person and assist them in finding the hope, meaning and growth they desire. I enjoy the journey of counseling and always seek to provide unconditional acceptance in an effort to promote self-understanding.
