Ginger Caudell, LPC

Ginger joined the Garrett Counseling team in 2009, but she has been working in the mental health field for over 13 years! She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and serves as the Clinical Director for Garrett Counseling. She has a Master’s degree in Agency Counseling from Jacksonville State University and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia.

Ginger enjoys working with school age children, teens, and adults, as well as those facing anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for clients with negative or unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for clients with emotional extremes, and Motivational Interviewing for clients having difficulty with changes.

Ginger practices wellness by enjoying family time, swimming, and walking. She has a curly headed, floppy eared dog named Annie.
