Lauren joined the Garrett Counseling team in 2025. She is the scheduler for our Albertville office. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and hopes to pursue a Master’s in counseling.

Lauren practices wellness by prioritizing a relaxing environment including doing a skin care routine, playing piano, and binge-watching comfort shows/movies. While Lauren says she isn't much of a reader, she enjoys biographies and the opportunity to hear a person's story. She finds a special connection with Moana because Moana prioritizes her family and culture, has a positive outlook on life, and is adventurous.
