As a foundation of my clinical work, I believe we are relational beings. Emotional pain is often the result of a fracture in a relationship; whether that is with another person, a higher power, your view of the world as a safe place, or relationship to self. The therapeutic alliance can be the first step toward restoration. As a practitioner, I aim to respect each client’s process of healing and growth by creating a supportive and safe atmosphere. Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, experiences, and strengths to develop a plan to help you reach your counseling goals.
