Ben Lighter

“When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, ‘Look
for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.'” -Fred Rogers

I have sought out help as an individual, and as a therapist I believe it is my duty to help you
through all times, those that are scary and those that are calmer, as well as all times you may
need in-between. We all need a little help sometimes, and it is my mission in life to assist those
in need of it.

Ben Lighter is an Associate Licensed Counselor (#C3775A) under the supervision of Megan Campbell (#3120). He
is a native of Bowie, Maryland. He completed his undergraduate degree at Bethany College in
the beautiful Bethany, West Virginia in 2013 and his Master’s in Professional Counseling in
2020 through Amridge University, based in Montgomery, Alabama. He recently completed his
internship at Turnaround Counseling in Cullman, Alabama, where he worked with recovering
