Often individuals are interested in making changes in their lives but are unsure where to begin. The desire for change is healthy but can be overwhelming, sometimes leading to feelings of anxiety, depression, and loneliness. My role is to listen to your feelings, concerns, and stressors so that we may build a strong therapeutic relationship. Not only will I listen, but I will actively collaborate with you to help you to determine the changes that will lead to your obtaining life goals and happiness.
