Christa joined the Garrett Counseling team in 2026 and has been in the mental health field for over 12 years. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and earned her master’s degree from Liberty University in 2014
Christa primarily uses CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy in a collaborative approach to help clients achieve their goals. She enjoys working with children, teenagers, and young adults.
