Tabitha joined the Garrett Counseling team in 2026 and has been practicing for over two years. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker and earned her Master’s degree from Samford University in 2025.
She primarily utilizes a person-centered therapeutic approach that incorporates both CBT and DBT. Tabitha says, “I strive to be present with the client to support a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship while incorporating helpful practices for the client to apply in daily life, enhancing quality of life.” She enjoys working with adults with a special passion for those with substance use concerns and those who have experienced trauma.
