Carmen practices wellness by going to the gym, riding up the mountain, and sitting outside to read. She has a cat named Smokey and a dog named Aries. Carmen's favorite books include "Girl in Pieces" by Kathleen Glasgow, "Maybe in Another Life" by Taylor Jenkins Reid, and "The Healed Empath" by Kristen Schwartz. She finds a close connection with Kat Strafford from "10 Things I Hate About You." Carmen says, "Kat is very well spoken and does not allow anyone to change her views on issues she feels strongly about. She is the epitome of a strong, independent young woman."
