Erica joined the Garrett Counseling team in 2018. She has a bachelor’s degree in marketing, and she is pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Erica works with our website and social media accounts.

Erica practices wellness by journaling, reading, and going for walks. She has two rescue dogs, Bella and Happy. Her favorite books include Michael Connelly's Lincoln Lawyer series, The Whole Brain Child by Daniel J. Siegel and Tina Payne Bryson, and The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown. Erica finds a special connection with Leslie Knope from Parks and Rec. Erica says, "I have been told that remind people of Leslie, and I admire her optimistic outlook, determined spirit, and loyalty to her friends."
