Highlights -
Darlene practices wellness by gardening, spending time with her family and dog, reading and watching television. She has a rescue pup named Claire. Darlene's favorite books include Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series, Patricia Cornwall's Kay Scarpetta's series, "Feeling Good" by David Burns, and "The CBT Workbook" by Jeff Riggenbach. She finds a special connection with Claire and Scarpetta. She says, "Their work is not just a job but a calling that shapes their worldview and sense of purpose. Both carry a deep sense of responsibility for others. Both women thrive in environments where most people would break. Their relationships are complex. Neither compromises her values, especially when justice, science, or human dignity is at stake."
